IMMIGRATION EVALUATIONS

What is an immigration evaluation?

A psychological assessment must be prepared by a professional who is experienced with the unique requirements of the immigration court to craft a powerful and thorough psychological report to support your case. Our team has completed training in conducting immigration evaluations.

We offer evaluations for Hardship/Cancellation of Removal, Asylum, T-Visa, and U-Visa cases.

What to expect?

We will complete a thorough interview in person and the interview will last approximately 3 hours. Following the interview, you will complete a series of psychological tests to evaluate any diagnosis and clinical symptoms. After all of the information is gathered, we will write your report within 14 business days. We will provide you with your completed report and also provide a copy to your lawyer.

Is the report confidential?

Everything is confidential because these evaluations are not covered by insurance. This evaluation will not go on your medical file.

How to pay?

Our office accepts Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash, and Credit cards.

DUI EVALUATIONS

*In-Person DUI Evaluations Coming Soon*

A DUI evaluation is required when loss of driving privileges is due to a DUI arrest. Before you can begin any DUI classes or treatment, you must complete a drug and alcohol evaluation.  Evaluations can be available within 4 business days.

What to expect during the process
DUI Evaluations are one-on-one appointments with a member of our clinical staff.  These appointments are done in person and typically take 1 to 2 hours.  At the time of evaluation, you are required to provide a complete driving record from the state issued or if in Illinois a "court purposes" driving record or "abstract." You are also required to provide documentation of drug or alcohol testing or proof that you refused/failed to complete testing on the night of the arrest.
